My name is Aljaz Sumak, and I am a certified healthcare professional with extensive experience in various fields of healthcare. Over the years, I’ve worked in areas such as plastic surgery, hematology, oncology, and long-term care, specializing in dementia. I’m passionate about providing not only high-quality care, but also a personal and compassionate approach tailored to each individual’s needs.

Since 2017, I have been working in Switzerland, where I have gained further experience in long-term care, primarily focusing on dementia patients. I have also taken on leadership roles as a RAI supervisor and professional trainer, ensuring that care standards remain high and that new care professionals are adequately trained. As of October 2025, I continue my journey as a freelance healthcare professional.
